1. OVERVIEW

The general terms of sale, listed below, are valid and accepted in full for any order received by the Argenti Fusco srl and are an essential part of each order.

The sale is made only wholesale, reserved exclusively for industry operators and holders of VAT numbers. The online sale is carried out after registration, free and not binding, and approval of Lello Fusco srl which reserves the right to cancel any registration with a simple email communication, even without providing any justification.

Lello Fusco s.r.l reserves the right to change these conditions of use of the service at any time without prior notice therefore it is customers's responsibility to keep themselves updated visiting these pages.

2. ORDERS

The orders acquired from our web site www.fuscoargenti.com are subject to the approval of Lello Fusco srl.

The availability of the ordered goods can only be guaranteed upon receipt of the order confirmation, therefore Lello Fusco srl disclaims any liability for any damages resulting from misuse of the site (no sale or delivery failure).

3. RULES OF PAYMENT

Payments must be made to Lello Fusco srl according to the following procedures:

A. BANK TRANSFER. Upon receipt of the order confirmation for the amount indicated. The goods will be sent after the amount has been credited. After 8 working days from the order confirmation without having received your payment, your order will be canceled.

B. CREDIT CARD. Upon receipt of the order confirmation for the amount indicated through our website. After 8 working days from the order confirmation without having received your payment, your order will be canceled.

100. CASH. Paying in cash to the courier upon delivery. Payment by bank check must be authorized in advance by Lello Fusco srl

      

4. TRANSPORT

The transport costs are charged to the customer, calculated in relation to weight, volume of packages and their destination, and will be notified in advance in the order confirmation.

The goods travel at the customer's risk which, in their own interest, must check, before withdrawal, the integrity and quantity of the packages received.

All claims must be filed directly to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Lello Fusco s.r.l will not be responsible for missing packages or tampered ones that are not reported directly to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Given the impossibility to deliver the goods due to the recipient's unavailability or other reasons not imputable to Lello Fusco srl or to the carrier, all further transport costs and storage will be charged to the customer.

5. DELIVERIES

The terms of delivery are merely an indication and have no contractual value.

6. PRICES

All prices shown are VAT excluded.

Lello Fusco s.r.l reserves the sole right to make changes to the published price list at any time, without notice, in the case where the components of the cost of individual items make this necessary.

7. RETURNS AND CLAIMS

Any disputes must be submitted in writing to Argenti Fusco srl by fax or email within 8 days from receipt of the goods.

The return of the merchandise must be authorized in advance by Argenti Fusco srl

Authorized returns must be sent to Argenti Fusco srl carriage free accompanied by regular delivery note and their extremes of purchase.

8. PICTURE, SIZES AND DESIGNS

The pictures shown on website are for information purposes only and may be subject to change without notice.

Logos and Trademarks mentioned or represented herein on the website are property of their respective owners.

9. PROPERTIES OF GOODS

Lello Fusco s.r.l remains the owner of the goods until the complete payment of the same by the customer, even if sold to third parties.

10. JURISDICTION

For any and eventual controversy the Naples' court is the competent one.
